RP jumped out to a 7-0 lead before Mona Shores went on a 13-0 run to end the first quarter. The Rockets responded with a 17 to 6 scoring advantage in the 2nd quarter to take a 21-19 half time lead. RP stretched their lead to 43-36 after three.
RP had six players score six or more points with Carter Fulton leading the way with 13 points. Mona Shores was led by James Gilbert who scored 25 2nd half points (7 made three point baskets) to finish with a game high 29 points.
